Our warehouse staff is highly educated and will package the goods according to the exact and precise specifications. Before shipping, all goods are carefully examined and securely secured. Both Europe as well as the USA have warehouses and distribution centers.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a separate processing time for each item.
We will carefully examine all items before sending. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple entities which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that the inventory could run out once the order has been made.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we're unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and in the same state as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
